Proud Mama!

This weekend I took Dax to the lake for the first time. If any of you know Dax you know that he is a timid little guy who is mostly scared of, well, everything. He surprised me when I took him to the beach. I opened the kennel door and without hesitation he ran straight for the water. When I walked out with him he followed me and when he got to the deep part he was a professional swimmer. I had heard this about dogs but never expected it from little Daxi. Anyways, like any proud parent I caught some of his first swim on tape for all to enjoy.

Bear Lake '07

Every year The Romney's (my cousins) get together and go to Bear Lake. The last few years our family has been joining them on this adventure. This year I had to go it alone because Kelly had his annual Motorcycle trip planned on the same weekend. I missed him but had a great time.

Me and my niece Kaycee.

Kaycee and Connor working on their mud bath.

Darrin, Sheryl Lynn and Kyle taking a nap on the beach. Darrin and Sheryl Lynn paid for this little nap in the sun later that night.

S'mores made with Reeces Peanut Butter cups are the best. An invention of Sara's.

Sara, Tyson, Julie and I made a stop at Ricks Natural Spring on the way home.

Going to the Chapel!!

After a couple years of dating Sara and Tyson have decided to tie the knot. The whole family is very excited for them. Tyson is a perfect fit into our family. The big day is September 21st at the Timpanogus Park. Congrats you guys.

Transformers

Kelly and I were able to go and see Transformers with my family on the fourth of July. Go see it if you haven't had a chance to see it yet. We both loved it and I am ready to see it again.

New Car Drama

After a lot of long conversations I was able to convince Kelly that it was time for me to get a new car. We were able to find a Saab 9-3 and I love it. I would put a picture of my actual car up but it broke down on me this morning so I will do it later.
This morning I was on my way to the Saab dealership to get my Ipod equipment installed. On the way there my car stopped working while I was going 75 mile an hour on the freeway. Luckily I was able to pull off to the side before it completely stopped. Once I was pulled over the car wouldn't start. Two hours later the tow company was able to come and take my car to the dealership. Luckily we are still under warranty so all of this should be free of charge.
Other than all the drama I am very excited to have a new car and I still love it a lot. I will post actual pitcures when we get it back. This is just a pic I found online.
